Federal Case Briefings Conclude

Recent filings from the LWVUT-MWEG side are 1) a reply in support of the motion to intervene, 2) an opposition to the motion for a preliminary injunction, and 3) a reply in support of the motion to dismiss.

The plaintiffs have also filed their replies/oppositions on these motions.

Additionally, the motion by the National Redistricting Foundation to intervene was denied, and NRF filed an amicus brief in support of our side. Today, Democratic candidateBen McAdams also filed an amicus brief opposing the motion for preliminary injunction. And America First Legal Foundation filed an amicus brief in support of the plaintiffs.
