No 3-judge Panel

The LWV Utah filed a fifth supplemental complaint and motion for preliminary injunction challenging the new 3-judge district court law that violates multiple provisions of the Utah Constitution and gives the legislature unfair and one-sided power to influence judicial proceedings.
