2. How would you address the following issues?
- Adequate funding for education, including funding for disadvantaged populations such as non-English-speakers and prison inmate
Making our disabled community a priority for their education needs is a must. Too many students in a classroom means....Children cannot learn and teachers cannot teach.
- Energy resource development and clean air
IEnergy comes in different shapes and forms. We need to explore all avenues of our resources. Wise use and conservation are keys to the future. Clean Air is a critical issue for us all. More efficient cars and use of mass transit will help.
- Water development and conservation
Utah
needs to protect their water sources. Wise management by our officials and conservation by all is our only solution.
- Better communication between elected officials and their constituents
I have Town Meetings and use surveys to keep in contact with my constituents. On all my publications I have my phone number,e-mail, and web site.
