Quality Education and Economic Stability

2. How would you address the following issues?

• Adequate funding for education, including funding for disadvantaged populations such as non-English-speakers and prison inmates
  
  This would be my top priority.

  This should be a major concern for legislators, we should not give away Utah's water.
